Terms & Condition

  • Registration/Check-In : All Indian Nationals - Require to present a valid Photo ID Proof with address, like Passport , Driving License, Voter ID etc. (Please note that the hotel shall not accept PAN card and bank photo card as an ID proof due to non availability of address in these cards).
    All Foreigners: Passport / Visa / Inner Line Permit (ILP) all 3 are mandatory. For details on ILP please visit:http://sikkim.nic.in/homedept/ilpfaqs.html In case the guest is not carrying any one of the above mentioned documents the Hotel reserves the right to refuse room even if the guest is holding a confirmed reservation.
  • Our Hotel Check in time is 12:00 Hours & the Checkout Time is 12:00 Hours. For any early arrival or late departure or any extending of stay is completely subject to the availability of that day & Management's discretion.
  • Child Policy:  Our Deluxe Rooms can hold Maximum 02 Pax where our Club, Exe. & Suite Rooms can hold Maximum 04 pax including 02 Adults +01 Extra Adult or 01 Child + 01 Infant. 
    Child below 05 Years is complimentary with room only & Age 5 to 10 years would be charged extra. Age 11 & above would be acknowledged as an Adult and charges would be at par with other adults.
  • Any kind of Arms & Ammunition or weapons are not allowed to be carried in the hotel premises. If a guest is in a possession of such an article it shall have to be deposited with our security 
    department for safe keep.
  • Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
  • Tax Structure & Sikkim Cess : Service Charge: 5% , Service Tax : 7.42 % Sikkim Cess : 1% (wherever applicable).
  • Payment :  We accept all major credit / debit cards (Masters / Visa) for payment while check out. 
    While booking a valid credit card is required in the absence of valid credit card or Bill To Company (BTC) letter or without full advance the reservation stands as tentative. All such tentative bookings made through our reservation email will be valid for a period of 24 hours from sent time of the email. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 72 hours prior to the Arrival date would attract 01 Night charges & If within 24 hours prior to arrival date full charge will be levied and no refund would be granted applicable also in case of No Show .
  • For Groups cut off will be of 45 days especially effective during the high- peak periods/months applicable in Gangtok. In the event of No Shows or Group Cancellation within cut off period would attract 01 Night Retention Charge & within 03 weeks prior to arrival date would be attract full retention charge. In case of Early Departure for both FIT & GIT, 50% retention would be charged on the balance Nights booked.
